WE HAVE BEEN BUILDING STRAIGHT AXLE KITS FOR MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS. WITH THE MASS PRODUCTION OF THESE PARTS BY US, IT HAS ALLOWED US TO DROP THE PRICE WHILE KEEPING THE QUALITY. WE ALSO HAVE BEEN MACHINING THE SPRING PLATES TO GO ALONG WITH THE TRANSAXLE KIT. WE KEEP THE SPRING PLATES AND AXLE TUBES IN STOCK AT ALL TIMES TO SPEED UP THE MOFIFICATION OF YOUR SPLIT WINDOW BUS. THE ONLY DRAW BACK WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IS THE NEED FOR THE STOCK BUS SPRING PLATES, SO THERE IS A CORE ON THOSE. WE ARE TRYING TO SORCE A PLACE TO MAKE THE SNOUT FOR US.

WE HAVE ALSO BEEN NEED MACHINE WORK TO THE FRONT SPINDLES OF THE SPLIT WINDOW BUS. WE START OUT BY CLEANING AND DISASSEMBLY OF YOUR SPINDLES. WE THEN CHECK THEM FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE KING PINS OR SPINDLE THREADS. THEY ARE THEN GLASS BEADDED AND THE MACHINE WORK STARTS. WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS ABSOLUTLY NESSARY TO WELD A GUSSET ON THE SPINDLE TO MAKE SURE THE CLEARENCE THAT IS NEEDED FOR THE LINK PINS DOES NOT WEEKEN IT. THE SPINDLE IS THEN CAREFULLY ASSEMBLED BACK TOGETHER, THUS GIVING YOU THE 3 1/2 INCH DROP TO MATCH THE REAR DROP KIT.
